The second bedroom has two twin beds and a smart TV for relaxing in your room. Plenty of closet space and dresser drawers provide a second suite for guests.
In the family room there is a large couch with pullout bed that can be used for additional sleeping area. This open concept area provides a ton of living space with an amazing view down the golf course. There is also a standing desk and dual monitors to allow you to get caught up on emails or use the webcam for a video conference while you are away.
Condo includes a covered parking space right by the elevators that take you up to the third floor. There is also plenty of guest parking available just steps away.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow up to 30 days for processing
Cleaning fee includes deep disinfecting of the property and making sure all linens are cleaned and ready for your visit.
Golf Transfer fee of $450 will be paid by us and fully transfer the membership to you. This provides full use of the country club including Golf, Tennis, Bocce Ball, Restaurant, Bar, Fitness Center, and other amazing amenities. You will also be able to purchase a sticker for your car or rental car to get in and out of the gate for $5 from clubhouse.
A $2000 deposit due upon signing lease to hold rental. This is fully refundable up to 90 days before the start of the lease and non-refundable at that time.
Refundable Security Deposit: $1000
We ask that you provide this as a separate check and we will not deposit unless needed.
