Updated ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo in the Countryside Golf and Country Club community available for seasonal rentals with a view of the lake and the 14th fairway and green. Condo is fully furnished with new appliances and equipped with all you would need for your home away from home. Washer and Dryer available for use in the unit. Condo can accomodate up to 6 guests if the pull out sofa bed is utilized. The master bedroom features a king size bed and master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub. There are no pets allowed due to HOA regulations. Smoking within the unit is not allowed. Social Membership includes pay to play golf. Short walk to community pool, bocce court, and tennis/pickleball court. 30 day minimum stay.
Area Information
Countryside has a very active social community that you can take full advantage of with the social membership that will get transferred over to you. The condo is a less than 15 minute drive to Tin City, 5th Avenue, Naples Beach and Naples Zoo. The condo is approximately a 22 minute drive to Mercato and a 30 minute drive to Marco Island.

About the owner: My name is Maryann and I'm from Passaic, New Jersey. I'm a Jersey Girl through and through but have always LOVED my visits to Florida. I'm married and a mother of a teen and a toddler. I'm also a Public School Teacher of 20+ years. I've always wanted to own a vacation property especially after visiting different states and staying at a variety of different homes; I knew this is something I wanted for myself. I tried to take the best of what every home had to offer and brought it to my condo. I hope your experience as our guest is a memorable one.
Why this property? This property kind of fell on our lap. We were looking but not that seriously. Then we fell in love with Naples and all it had to offer. There is nothing like the Gulf Coast and it's warm waters and white sandy beaches. The people are so friendly and the restaurants are superb. This particular property was just the right distance from the beach and all that Naples has to offer. Being on a golf course with the lake view is what sealed the deal for us. My husband enjoys the golf and I can't get enough of the lake view while I do the laundry in the lanai or with our morning coffee. It is such a peaceful location. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
