954 sq. ft. Updated ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo in the Countryside Golf and Country Club community available for seasonal rentals with a view of the lake and the 14th fairway and green. Condo is fully furnished with new appliances and equipped with all you would need for your home away from home. Washer and Dryer available for use in the unit. Condo can accomodate up to 6 guests if the pull out sofa bed is utilized. The master bedroom features a king size bed and master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub. There are no pets allowed due to HOA regulations. Smoking within the unit is not allowed. Social Membership includes pay to play golf. Short walk to community pool, bocce court, and tennis/pickleball court. 30 day minimum stay.
Country club and main pool are currently being worked on and updated for the 2025 season. The projected opening is June of 2025.
Countryside has a very active social community that you can take full advantage of with the social membership that will get transferred over to you. The condo is a less than 15 minute drive to Tin City, 5th Avenue, Naples Beach and Naples Zoo. The condo is approximately a 22 minute drive to Mercato and a 30 minute drive to Marco Island.
The Countryside country club dining options are fantastic. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at "Endless Summer." The condo was clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed. We liked that the condo is conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Naples.The condo has a great view over looking the pond on the 14th hole of the golf course. The golf course was in great shape and fun to play. We also took advantage of playing pickleball with the other residents. The people were very welcoming and helpful for restaurant and other attractions nearby.Maryann, was great to work with and I highly recommend "Endless Summer" as a place to stay in Naples.

We had a wonderful stay at Endless Summer. We stayed for February and March. The condo was beautifully decorated with so many little extra touches that made it so homey. Any issue we had was quickly taken care of by Maryann and Jason. Although the clubhouse was being renovated...it will be beautiful for next season. We absolutely loved the close proximity to the beautiful Naples Beach. Highly recommend Endless Summer!

Our stay at “endless summer “was perfect from start to finish! Owner is very nice, attentive and always available to answer or help with any questions! Condo is clean, very well equipped with everything u need and well decorated and a comfortable and cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home!Countryside is well situated in Naples with all shopping needs and people in the condo community are very nice and friendly! Pickleball courts and pool are situated a short walk from condo unit . We totally recommend this condo as we had a great stay and owner was a pleasure to deal with! Yes, there is a community pool steps from the condo's front door which includes a hot tub.
Absolutely! Let me know if you have grandkids coming to visit as I have a dining booster seat, a toddler inflatable bed, pack and play, etc. that I can have accessible to you during their stay.
I have a Social membership which means that in season, you pay to play golf and are wait listed and you would be able to play once space becomes available. Off season, there is no waiting list. Social Golf fees for 2024: $80/18-hole and $42/9-hole per play.
There is a bicycle rack that you can use to store your bikes.
