We had a wonderful stay and the condo exceeded all of my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, and the views from the balcony were amazing. They had everything you would need to enjoy the beach, from extra chairs, beach toys, towels, pool noodles, a boogie board, and the best part was the complimentary beach chair service. Being on the 12th floor gave us excellent views of the gulf, and we never had issues waiting for the elevator. There was also a private parking spot under the condo, which was very handy and close to the entrance. There were numerous carts available to help carry your luggage, groceries and whatever else needed to get to the condo. In each bathroom, they provided travel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, and a small bar of soap, just in case your forgot your own. William (the owner) was always very prompt in responding to my emails with questions, and very nice and helpful. This was our first time visiting Navarre Beach, as we had always gone to Panama City Beach in the past. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be returning. And, Summerwind 1201 will be our first choice to book when we go back.

My family spent some much needed family time in this unit for fall break! Beautiful home with everything that you need! The view was amazing! Great restaurants next door! The unit is close to the elevator, so moving in and out was a breeze! The covered parking right outside the building was a huge plus ! We definitely plan to stay at "Heavenly View" again!

Spent a little over a week in this Unit with my husband and family. Everything was near perfect. From the arrival and parking in the garage, to the Unit, the Location and the Host. Loved the wraparound deck because you could get a wind breeze on the south side while still having the view of the ocean. I definitely will book this Unit again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedding and furniture were very cozy, and everything felt well cared for.The view was absolutely breathtaking, we spent so much time just taking it all in and enjoying the view.The host was also fantastic, very responsive, friendly, and answered all of our questions quickly, which made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again. We couldn't have asked for a better condo or host! Let's start off with the breathtaking unobstructed view. I got to see dolphins, sharks, and the most breathtaking sunrises and moon reflections over the gulf right from our balcony. The condo itself was very comfortable. The beds and couches were comfortable and made it easy to relax and unwind. Especially on the rain days we were stuck more inside. It also was stocked with everything we needed to start off our vacation right. The host was awesome with communication starting from the moment we booked until after we left. Making sure we had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend you making this your temporary home away from home. This was definitely the best place I've ever stayed! I plan to return next year!

We had such an amazing stay at this condo! The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It honestly felt like a little slice of paradise right on the beach. We saw lots of dolphins and even a few shark from the balcony.The location was perfect — especially for us since we love fishing on the pier. Being so close to the pier made it easy to head out whenever we wanted, and the views were just incredible.The condo had all the comforts of home, and then some. Fully stocked, super cozy, and just an all-around great vibe. The host was also fantastic — super friendly and quick to answer any questions we had.We’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

The wrap around balcony provided views of the Gulf and the sound and we could sit out on the balcony at night and listen to the live music at Andy D's. In person, this condo is as great as it looks online. It was spotlessly clean and the view is unobstructed.You are very close to the pier and the walk to the end is shorter than it looks!There are 3 super casual restaurants within walking distance and many other choices just over the bridge ,within a 5 minute drive.Grocery and liquor stores are also very convenient. Beach access is very sure to reserve your spot with the umbrella guys your first day.They will put a reserved card on your set up and have it ready for you first thing in the morning. The pool area is very well maintained and uncrowded.The hot tub was amazing! Even the pool bathrooms are kept very clean.There is a maintenance person working all day to make this happen! The Beach Store on property has a nice selection of drinks(alcoholic and non) and snacks very reasonably priced.The kids love the shaved ice snow cones.The gift shop inside also has decent prices.(My favorite gift shop was inside Danny D's restaurant) Check in, check out and parking are all effortless.William gives good directions in his welcome E-mail.No wait for the elevators.An all around great place to stay!

We found this condo on Florida Rentals and thought it was too good to be true. We requested a quote from the owner and received a quick response. We locked in the dates and we were looking forward to seeing the condo within 2 weeks of reservation. I can’t help but believe that working through Florida Rentals to get directly to the owner saved us some money in service fees that other third party booking companies generally charge. The owner was extremely friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to all inquiries. We’ve stayed at many places on the northwest coast of Florida (PCB, FWB). First time to Navarre Beach. Walking into the condo, it was love at first sight!! It is beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities and the wraparound balcony was a big plus! The building is right next to the public pier which was a great feature. The resort was safe and secure with security onsite. The private beach, 3 pools, 3 hot tubs and reserved parking was all part of what made our stay at this resort absolutely perfect. Fell in love with the condo, great food at the local restaurants, wonderful shopping opportunities and gorgeous beaches. Have every intention of going back to stay in this condo with the ‘heavenly views’!! P.S. Another nice touch was rather than a guest book to sign, on the coffee table was a bucket of shells that you could find a shell you like a write something on it. Loved that!!
