The new property (finished in July 23) is located on a fresh water canal in a beautiful and very quiet residential area in the popular Pelican area of Cape Coral, Southwest Florida.
You can reach supermarkets, restaurants, banks, doctors, department stores, gas stations in a few minutes, but still live in a safe, quiet, clean and friendly environment.
The beautiful islands of Sanibel, Pine Island and Captiva with their famous beaches are easily accessible in a short time. Day trips to the Everglades, other cities like Miami, Tampa and Orlando with all the amusement parks are available from Cape Coral.
The house has a very spacious outdoor area with a large covered lanai, heated saltwater pool (electric pool heater), complete insect protection (screen) and gas grill. You can enjoy your meals at the large beautiful outdoor dining area or relax in the comfortable modern lounge area. Why not enjoy the sunshine on one of the four sun loungers or one of the two Adirondack chairs while looking at the beautiful canal view?
It has a fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people, 2 of which have direct access to the pool and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and tub. All bedrooms as well as the living room and the lanai are equipped with a Flatscreen Smart TV. The house offers free YouTube TV An Xbox One, which can also be used as a DVD player, is also available.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new contemporary Samsung appliances as well as everything you need to enjoy working in a kitchen like a Kitchen Aid machine, a NInjaFoodie blender, a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), a Keurig coffee maker, a waffle maker, a Foreman grill, high quality pots and pans to name only some of the equipment. It is also well stocked with enough plates, bowls, cups, glasses and wine glasses and champagne flutes for at least 8 - 10 people.
Bed linen, pool towels and bath towels are of course available in sufficient quantities during your stay. The house is equipped extremely well so you won't have to miss out on anything during this luxurious vacation.

(c) any other costs incurred to the landlord due to Guest´s stay.

Free cancellation option until 60 days before the day of arrival.
You will receive a refund of the booking amount (minus possible credit card/transfer fees) if you cancel the booking at least 60 days before the scheduled check-in day. For cancellations made less than 60 days and more than 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund (minus possible credit card/transfer fees) of the booking amount. For cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.
Please note: Electricity usage over $ 5 per day will be charged to the security deposit. Electricity is charged according to consumption at 16 cents/KwH.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Pelican Creek in Cape Coral in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch – sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der großzügige Außenbereich mit Pool und Blick auf den Kanal – perfekt für ruhige Abende und sonnige Tage. Die Lage der Villa ist ideal: ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit guter Anbindung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den traumhaften Stränden der Umgebung. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa Pelican Creek uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein echtes Highlight für alle, die Komfort, Ruhe und ein Stück Florida-Feeling suchen!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, sauber, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Sowohl der Kontakt in Deutschland zu Vermieterin Lena als auch zu der deutschsprachigen Verwalterin vor Ort war super nett, unkompliziert und lösungsorientiert. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir tatsächlich gar nicht genutzt, da wir jeden Tag bis in den Abend hinein nur draußen verbracht haben. Von der Terrasse und dem Steg aus, konnten wir täglich die Kaninchen, Echsen, Leguane, Schildkröten und Greifvögel beobachten. Mein Mann sitzt im Rollstuhl (dieser hat eine Breite von knapp unter 70cm) und konnte sich frei im Haus und auf der Terrasse bewegen. Die eine Stufe an der Haustür konnte er auch überwinden, zuerst mit Hilfe, später mit etwas Übung auch selbständig. Toilette , Dusche (mit selbstmitgebrachtem Duschhocker und Pool nutzte er ebenfalls. Dazu muss allerdings gesagt werden, dass er durch die Querschnittlähmung nur die Beine nicht nutzen kann, Rumpf und Arme sind stark. Dementsprechend gilt diese Erfahrung sicherlich nicht für alle Rollstuhlfahrer.

My husband and I spent February and March at Pelican Villa. The house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean in a neighborhood that was just like being at home. The appliances were brand new, and Anja, our manager contact was very helpful. She answered all our questions and she was always available and quick to answer any concerns . The Lanai was nicely decorated with ample space for entertaining. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. I would highly recommend this home for a great getaway.

Our vacation at Villa Pelican Creek was everything we could have asked for. The house was nicely decorated. The lanai was a great place to entertain friends, swim in the pool or just relax and enjoy the day. It was very clean and modern. Anja, our manager was a delight to work with. She was always available and happy to help us navigate the house. It’s a great house for families. I would recommend this Villa to any family large or small.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Pelican Creek war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus war äußerst sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem und noch mehr ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der großzügigen Terrasse mit Lounge und Essbereich. Der beleuchtete Pool machte das abendliche BBQ zu einem Highlight. Die Lage war ideal, schnell war man im Supermarkt und bei vielen Ausflugszielen. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern und der Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns auf ein zweites Wiedersehen. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

We just completed a 2 month stay at this well equipped and decorated new home. Location was great. Deck along canal in rear was good fishing location. A paddle boat was provided to travel up and down the canal, grand kids loved it. Although we didn’t use them two bikes were available. They had numerous items available to use they thought of everything. We have stayed in area over last 8 years and this is the best equipped kitchen we have enjoyed. On top of all this…great host…superior propert managers. Won’t regret renting this property if you can get it!!,

The house is brand new and decorated so beautifully in a contemporary but cozy style that is amazing and gives you a pure feel of luxurious beauty.The house was spotless when I arrived and Anja, the property manager, made me feel very welcome. She was so nice and very helpful!The area is great too with everything close by but still quiet, safe and relaxing.My favorite place was the huge lanai with the salt water pool.
