A large open-plan family room has tiled floor, overhead ceiling fans, comfortable twin sofas, and wide-screen TV. For an extra special "Florida feel” a separate reading room has its own “quiet space” with additional sofas and coffee table to complete the living area.

French doors lead directly out to the pool and sun deck. Here you can live the outdoor life, enjoying tropical landscaping and year–round sunshine. Relax in your very own swimming pool and private sundeck. The sundeck is fully screened with a welcome shaded area for family dining, sun loungers and patio furnishings are provided.

The well-appointed kitchen includes all major appliances, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with automatic ice maker and freezer. The kitchen is extensively equipped for eight people and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool has additional dining space for four people.

No parties, events, ceremonies or gatherings involving additional persons are permitted on the premises. All overnight guests must be included in the guest count (this includes children). Please respect our neighbors - no loud music in the outside pool area.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.

Reservation must be in the name of a member of the traveling party who is 25 or older.
Any unlawful activity or excessive disturbances are grounds for eviction.

We ask guests to observe quiet hours after 10.00pm when in the outside deck/pool area.
