This non-smoking two bedroom/two bathroom condo is a corner unit which was beautifully renovated. These renovations included a brand new kitchen with granite counters, high quality new furniture throughout including a diagonal LED TV and a DVD player! Our corner condo has added space to accommodate SIX guests. The living room,dining room and lanai are larger than the standard condos at Carlos Pointe Beach Club. Both the master and guest bedrooms are also fitted with a flat panel TV's. Our condo is decorated with a Floridian flair and is very well maintained; so you can be sure of a very comfortable vacation stay! The condo has high speed wireless internet so you can surf the web while sitting out on the screened in balcony while viewing the magnificent Gulf of Mexico shine! This unit is located on the 3rd floor and comes complete with an absolutely stunning view of the beach and the Gulf from the full length screened in balcony. We stayed June 28-July 7, the condo was very nice and as described. The location was great, close to Lover’s Key, Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach and of course Ft Myers Beach - we visited all of these plus Marco Island & Sanibel. For July 4th we went to one of the free access spots on Bonita Beach for the sunset and fireworks which were all around - you could see from Captiva to Naples. We saw dolphins two times, once at the condo beach and once at Barefoot Beach. Shelling wasn’t as good as when we were down over Christmas Break, but we still found a few keepers each day - go out early in the morning for the best chance. Be sure and visit Royal Scoop for ice cream and Dixie Fish Company for fresh seafood.

Stayed in 112w and have nothing but great things to say about the condo. Easily accessible to both the heated and unheated pools, the beach, shopping, and many great places to dine. Condo was stocked with everything you need, and a plus was having two beach chairs and umbrella available for use your entire stay. The condo was extremely clean along with the bedding and towels. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay!

We had a family reunion planned for Christmas . My mom loves in the condo next door so it was very convenient to visit her. Lou is very easy to communicate with and the condo had all the necessary things we needed for vacation . The condo was very comfortable. Can’t wait to return .

Marcia thought of everything in the condo to make our stay amazing. It was a relaxing vacation and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking my coffee just watching the birds and planning our day. One morning we even saw dolphins which was a delightful sight. The location was great. Lots of restaurant options close by and Publix just down the street. We especially liked Lovers Key State Park which was a short drive away or you can just walk to it if you want. One of our best vacations ever.

Lots of seashells and lots of sand! Very laid back atmosphere. Great for families and retirees. Only real drawback was the Long walk to the water, and the pool closed at dusk.

Very comfortable condo - ocean view - steps to the beach. Each bedroom had a full bathroom. Nice, compact kitchen with laundry. Convenient to Lovers Key Park. Easy drive to Bonita Springs and Ft. Meyers Beach. Great beach for shelling!
