You live around the ground level pool with large patio doors openings from the two living areas and kitchen/dinning area. The home has been freshened with a very nice decor and new furnishings. The pool deck and lanai have a white marble deck that gives it a great feel without getting to hot, with a great look! Covered lanai with a comfortable outdoor entertaining sectional and fireplace table. Large stainless BBQ grill and screened caged pool area. Small patio outside of the screened cage for those that want to get every ray of the sun and a large back grass sodded space! Beach chairs and sunning lounges supplied along with a cart to bring to the beach.
All new beds, mattresses and linens as of August 2023. Beach towels as well as linens and house towels. Well supplied kitchen with two deluxe coffee makers. Two car garage and a large circle driveway. Three cars allowed, please put at least one car in the garage. You can hop on the free Siesta Key Trolley just 300 feet away which can take you to your favorite Siesta drop-off spots or different sections or south Siesta Key's Turtle Beach. Many restuarants and entertainment venues as well as Grocery stores in the two shopping areas of Siesta Key Village and Cresent Village by Stickney Point Bridge. Just off either end of Siesta key and over the two bridges you can find all the conveniences that a quality small city would offer! Voted best beach and best place to live many times, by national experts and Media News giants! It is almost always rated #1 or #2 beach in the US for a reason. They spent 23 million dollars on remodeling our beach amenities within the last few years. The critics say they can't give rate us 1st every year, but would if they could, as their ratings give a economic bust to the area.
Just ask and I can make suggestions. There are so many things to do in Sarasota!!
Rules and suggestions-
Please keep volume of voices and kids screaming at the pool to a normal speaking level so as not to disturb the neighbors. I know this can be difficult as kids get excited, do your best.
The cleaning fee covers 8 hrs. of cleaning, linen service, window and patio cleaning plus products. If I get billed for more time then the extra time will be deducted from your damage deposit at $27 per hour.
Please rinse off all beach equipment and put back the way you found it in the garage.
Do not leave rented bicycles, scooters or carts in driveway, only garage with g. door kept down. Not even for short time as neighbors do not want it to look to touristy. Please be very conscious of this.
Please keep all beach gear, rented bikes or toys in the garage at all time with door down other then when coming and going.
Please shake out beach towels at beach as they hold a lot of our fine white crystal sand and ruin the washing machines plus cause a big mess in the house.
Rinse off in outside shower before using pool. Rinse heavy sand with hose on side of house.
Garbage day is early Wednesday morning so put it out to the curb on the l side of the house on Tuesday night.
No more then three cars allowed without consent of owner, please put one or two cars in the garage during your stay. This is a nice neighborhood and want to keep the neighbors happy.

Call me for instructions on how to use the pool. Reset heater after using so you are not heating the pool to spa temperatures. If not using the pool then we can reduce the required heat, especially winter months.
Cancellation Policy is strict, if owner or manager can book to another family then you will get refunded less 20% of Total Rent less the sales tax for a re-booking fee to the new renter.

Four weeks are considered a month for Rating purposes when requesting a month rate. Saturday check -in and Check-Out required unless approved. We will consider different check-in day and check-out days than Saturdays for an additional fee of $700.
The cancellation policy: Reservation payments are non-refundable. Less than 120 days prior to your rental arrival date you can move your rental date to another date at the current rental rate for that time period. If you have to cancel and the owner or manager can book your rental dates, then the owner will refund the balance after a 20% penalty of total rental rate shown on the contract minus any applicable taxes on amount paid.

Siesta Beach is rated #1 Beach in USA for a good reason, 99% pure quartz white sand that is cool to the feet and a easy beach to walk with a gradual grade into the water, excellent walking beach. They spent 23 million dollars on remodeling our beach amenities. The critics say they can't give it to us every year but would if they could as their rating gives an economic boost to the area. We have two walkable villages accessible from the beach.

I could go on and on how about how wonderful my stay here was! The queen bed is so comfortable, along with all the other furniture in this home. The pool is AMAZING and so relaxing. I love how close we were to the beach. It was the absolute PERFECT home to stay in and enjoy one of the best vacations I’ve ever been on. Can’t wait to book my next stay here!
