2. OPTIONAL FEES
VALET PARKING - $62 daily; paid in full at the time of check-in for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need parking.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a $200/night security deposit hold. This is NOT a charge. It’s just a hold for incidentals.
4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL
There is absolutely no smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guests smoke in the room.

RosiHusband and I had a great time! Such comfortable bedding and towels. The Conrad was very chic and extremely well located. The stunning pool deck had no sun at around 1:00 p.m. but then the sun came back around 3:00 p.m.. but not a problem because the entire deck is right directly outisde the balcony so we went to the other side of the deck to suntan was absolutely marvelous. The ocean views and seating bar area made this a fantastic unit to rent!! I loved the unit itself. It is absolutely comfortable, bed, sofa clean sheets, with excellent small kitchen and fridge and bathtub. Modern decorated !! I recommend it to anyone who needs a home away from home! The unit is on the sixth floor so we got a chance to easily go to the spa and use the gym. Plus, all the restaurants that are in the lobby are some of the greatest restaurants in town too. We're going to return here and select our dates very soon to this exact unit. Don't hesitate to book. Good for 2 people.

ReneeThe pics do not do this stay justice. Great location in a great hotel! You'll be in a spacious studio unit right off the pool with your own patio. The bar with full menu is just a few steps away. As soon as you shut your door to the pool area-it's sound off! Those doors are amazingly sound proof. Do pack an eye mask if you are sensitive to light. We did have a hiccup at check in but this team worked hard to make amends and we were satisfied with the outcome. Do plan accordingly-check in time is firm and no bag drop off. We ate at both restaurants in the building and both were fantastic! The bar food was great as well. Bed was comfy-room well laid out. We missed being able to stream (Hulu/Neflix, etc), as the tv was not equipped to do that. We took advantage of the beach chairs, the pool and the well equipped fitness area. We really enjoyed our time at the Conrad.

RobertThis place was so relaxing Nice and convenient to pool and outdoor bar. When your outside at the pool you give the waitress that serves pool area your credit card can get what you want drinks food. Spacious room, kitchen area was great, has an outside sitting area that's very nice to have coffee in morning and great bathroom with shower and separate tub. Also within walking distance to nice restaurants and bars Wish we were still there came from 70 degrees and sunny to 10 with snow. Thinking of doing next year Thanks Bob and Theresa

DaveWow , this place rocks felt so much bigger than a jr suite! Host was on top of everything, 5 star amenities were awesome, great resteraunts inside the building and everything thing walkable! This unit is awesome being on the pool deck , no need to shlep thru the hotel .open ur sliding door and pool is in front of you and even get a ocean view from the slider and balcony to ur left along with the outside pool bar and outside bites to eat, can’t wait to come back to this unit!
