Villa Pelican is a beautiful, cozy vacation home which is centrally located in the SE Cape Coral Yacht Club neighborhood on a direct sailboat gulf access canal with boat dock and lift.
Upon entering the front door, you will find a split floor plan featuring a living room for relaxing with reclining couch, dining space next to kitchen and an open kitchen with a large granite island that has beautiful views of the pool and living space. The home features tons of windows facing the lanai and pool area.
The three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twins) as well as 2 full bathroom vacation Villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge.
The home features a game table for air hockey or ping pong.
The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking. It is a boater's paradise with the gulf access option and the boat dock and lift if you like to bring your own boat.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, forty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Pelican features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 guests very relaxed in this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts plenty of light with windows facing the pool area and a glass door.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just watching amazing sun rises.
If you like additional entertainment space, why not relax by the boat dock where you have a chance to see the Florida Fish and Wildlife
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing.
The home offers kayaks as well as bicycles to explore the area and Yacht Club that our guests can use at their own risk.
