The new tile flooring is absolutely a wonderful addition to the condo. We all admired the beautiful painting on the living-dining room wall. We spent a lot of time on the spacious lanai. What a wonderful place to drink my morning coffee! We usually ending our day sitting out there
just listening to the waves. You have such a peaceful location.

I am so sorry it has taken me so long to respond to you. I'm having a tough time adjusting to life after vacation! It must be the cold weather that smacked us in the face when we returned from 85 degrees!
We had a fabulous time! The condo was exactly as we had expected... perfect! The beach was wonderful to look at, sit on and stroll along. The pool was clean and warm... just perfect for our girls. It really was a 'home away from home' for us. I was able to find everything in the kitchen and appreciated all the amenities... especially the washer and dryer. But I can't overlook the full-size fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and plenty of counter space for me to do all that needed to be done.

Guest Comments: We saw dolphins on our first and last days, which was perfect. Someone said they saw manatees no more than 25 feet from the shore on Saturday. (but because we didn't arrive until late Saturday night, we missed seeing them) We found beautiful shells along the beach. We found the bigger ones right outside our door. We truly enjoyed looking at the wonderful shells you had displayed around the condo too.
All in all, we would definitely book with you again next year... but we are planning to be cruising in the Caribbean next year. We have shared our vacation memories with many friends and have told all of them about your beautiful condo. Who knows, one of them may be contacting you!

We rented this condo for a week of relaxation and also searching for a monthly rental for the winter. It was hard to go far from the condo because we felt so comfortable there. The screened in lanai was perfect to feel the warm breeze and watch the beautiful Gulf. The unit was immaculate and the premises were always nice and clean. This was close to our favorite State park, Delnor Wiggins which is just north of Naples, so we spent a day there. We were very happy with our stay ! -Jim and Pat

We had an amazing time in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. The TV worked well and the beds were the most comfortable that we have ever slept on away from home. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were able to watch the sunrise and listened to the waves crash. My boys enjoyed the beach sand, the heated pool and the ping pong table. We will definitely be back and will recommend this rental to our family and friends.

Alice the owner was a wonderful person to rent from. Everything we needed was there including beach toys. Great convenient location, short drive to stores etc. You can walk for hours along the beach. The shelling and abundant wild life is amazing! Loved watching the sunrises and sunsets. The screened in lanai was a nice place to relax in the early morning and evenings. Great pool area. Owner supplied ample towels, hair dryer, coffee pot, beach chairs, etc... We stayed here with 3 adults and two 12 year old's. Four people would have been ideal but it worked out fine. The only thing people should be aware of is that it is a bit of a commitment (energy wise) to walk to the oceans water edge. The sand stretches out a long ways between the condo and water. Great for kite flying and we are all able bodied but not a short distance. We included a fun adventure down to Everglade City to ride an air boat and see alligators, Easy drive away. Other close by outings included; Sanibel Island, mini golf, great sea food restaurants and a day shopping in downtown Fort Meyers Beach. The trolley only cost 75 cents but can be a bit slow due to some construction work. Comfortable accommodations, great location!

It was an excellent vacation. The unit was clean, well maintained, and furnished. We were very pleased overall. The beach was very nice although the water is a long way across the sand from the condos. Everything about the unit was excellent. It would be nice if a little more laundry, dishwasher, and hand soap were provided. Also paper products. When you travel by air, anything you buy must be left behind for the cleaning crew to take home. During our 9 day stay, we never saw a person in the office to speak with. We could, of course, have contacted someone by phone. We would stay here again. Thanks to Ms. Garland.
