A quiet upscale neighborhood of newer built homes surrounds this large vacation rental property. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms newly furnished and decorated in November of 2017. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable mattresses and all necessary items needed for a great vacation. The pool area features a basin view and is located on a gulf access canal. The swimming pool and hot tub are electrically heated and can be used year round.

Ein elektrisch beheizter Swimmingpool und Whirlpool stehen Ihnen zur Verfuegung und ermoeglichen es, dass man das ganze Jahr schwimmen gehen kann. Geniessen Sie den Blick auf die Kanalbucht hinter dem Haus sowie die Moeglichkeit mit dem Boot auf das offene Meer zu fahren.
