The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable mattresses and all necessary items needed for a great vacation.  The pool area features a basin view and is located on a gulf access canal. The swimming pool and hot tub are electrically heated and can be used year round.

Das Haus wurde im November 2017 von Grund auf renoviert und mit ganz neuen Moebeln versehen. Architektonisch ist das Haus mit einem Ziegeldach ausgestattet, die Einfahrt sowie die Terrasse sind geschmackvoll mit Pflastersteinen belegt worden. Die 4 Schlafzimmer, sowie 3 Baeder bieten alles was ein Feriengast im Urlaub benoetigt. Das Ferienhaus Casa Maria ist fuer 8 Personen ausgelegt.  Ein elektrisch beheizter Swimmingpool und Whirlpool stehen Ihnen zur Verfuegung und ermoeglichen es, dass man das ganze Jahr schwimmen gehen kann. Geniessen Sie den Blick auf die Kanalbucht hinter dem Haus sowie die Moeglichkeit mit dem Boot auf das offene Meer zu fahren.
