Villa Aha Moment features unique décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king size beds and one queen size bed.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable in this beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the piece.

A very nice home with 3 good sized bedrooms and a wonderful lanai with a nice sized/deep pool. The living area (living,dining,kitchen) is open concept. Decor was great and furniture was comfortable and provided lots of room for 6 people. Because we cook a lot, the only wish we had was for some cooking equipment additions ; better knives for food prep, measuring spoons and cups, more pots and baking dishes. Lastly, the home is in a great quiet residential location with easy accessibility to downtown Cape Coral, Pine Island, Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and getting to I-75 and Rt 41.
