The second king bedroom located on the ground level also has an en suite bathroom. A 1/2 bath is right off of the kitchen and is accessable from the  kitchen and outdoor pool area. Upstairs is a 3rd king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a full bath that is accessable for those 2 bedrooms. Formal dining, an upstairs game room with pool table and a separate cocktail bar are all yours to enjoy on your vacation.

The beautiful home has tile and wood floors throughout. The main living room has comfortable couches and a flat panel Samsung HD-TV with great views out to the swimming pool. The kitchen provides an island as well as stainless steel applicances. Take advantage of the upstairs cocktail bar and patio as the perfect location to slurp on a cocktail while watching the evening sun set over the water.

Das Haus hat 315 m² klimatisierte Wohnflaeche und ist ausgestattet mit 4 Schlafzimmern mit 2 King Size Betten und 2 Queen Size Betten. Im Masterschlafzimmer befindet sich ein King Size Bett. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man direkten Zugang zum Bad welches ausgestattet ist mit zwei Waschbecken, Whirlpool und einer begehbaren Dusche.

Den Mittelpunkt der Kueche bildet die mit Barstuehlen umgebene Insel - perfekt fuer den Hobbykoch. Der Kuehlschrank aus Edelstahl mit integriertem Icemaker, sowie die eingebaute Microwelle und der Backofen lassen dem Chefkoch keine Wuensche offen. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Buero mit Wireless High Speed Internetanschluss sowie der Game Room mit Billiardtisch und seperater Cocktailbar.
