On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean, comfortable and had many amenities to use. The pool was wonderful and the colorful lighting made it fun to swim at night. The only downside was the television which was very old and didn’t support streaming networks.

After a day of travel, we were greeted with a wonderful bottle of wine and lovely music. What a kind welcome. The kitchen was well equipped and super clean. The heated pool was a delight and the lounge chairs in the lanai were comfy for sunbathing. The neighborhood is super quiet and perfect for evening walks. We enjoyed many shows and dinners out, especially Cape Coral Cabaret. The Neil Diamond outdoor show at the Edison Ford grounds was a great sing-along show. Spent time at the beach, and shops. Florida has plentiful fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. Sun Harvest Citrus has the best homemade key lime pie and fresh juice free samples. Spent two weeks with family in this lovely house and plenty of room for all 6! House could use some minor cosmetic updating but everything worked as it should so no complaints. Perfectly centered around our friends and family was perfect. Would totally do this again!

Everything was great. Very clean and hosts were great. The only thing that I would suggest is updating the 2 tv's. Very small and outdated. Besides that the place was as described and pictured. Look forward to going back.
