The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 6 and includes approximately 1,400 square feet of living space. This immaculately cared for home and décor fits the bright and beachy lifestyle that makes Florida a favorite destination.
Upon entering this home guests will fall in love with the open floor plan. The living room offers beautiful views of the lanai, two couches giving guests plenty of space to relax, and a smart TV perfect for watching their favorite movies or TV shows. The beautiful and bright kitchen features white cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen essentials guests will need to cook their favorite meals and entertain guests.
In the bedrooms, guests will find their own personal oasis to relax and unwind. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, private bath, TV, and direct access to the lanai. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed that is great for relaxing and resting. Also, this room features direct access to the lanai, and a TV for guests to unwind and watch their favorite show right before bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids as it features two twin size beds, a private TV and is decorated with a nautical theme.
Another feature is the large sliding glass doors that open to the lanai and bring in natural light. Additionally, the screened lanai includes a beautiful, heated pool, perfect for relaxing in a float or playing pool games. Finally, the outdoor furniture, TV and grille help to make the lanai a favorite gathering spot and help to provide hours of fun and recreation at this adorable home.

1. The rates apply to either 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. An additional $25.00 per day fee will be applied for additional children or adults.
2. The grille should be cleaned each time when used by guest. If the grille is not cleaned upon discharge an additional 40.00 fee will be charged added to the final bill.
3. Payment Schedule:
30% due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival, along with security deposit of 350.00
3A. If a guest books our home within 20 days of arrival, all fees are due in full at time of booking.
4. Electricity is charged at a daily rate of 16.00/ per day. This fee will be included within your quote.
5. Cancellation Policy:
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
30% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if cancelled after the above listed dates.
6. Security Deposit: 350.00 Any damages incurred while on site will result in charges at the end of your stay. Each guest will be charged for the replacement or labor fees required to repair or replace any broken or destroyed items. As long as no damages are incurred during your stay, the security deposit will be sent back within 5 business days of your departure.
7. All guests will be charged the standard Florida sales tax of 11.5% based on the total amount charged.
7. Payments are accepted via check, cashier's check or online payment options. All online payments are collected via QuickBooks safe portal and are completed via bank transfer, debit or credit cards. If a credit card is used a 3.5% fee will be added to the total rental costs. Once you book the home, we will provide you with a rental contract to be completed and returned to us so the rental may be completed.

About the owner: We have owned our home in Cape Coral for over 15 years. We purchased the home as a winter escape from the cold of Northern, Indiana. We have put much work and effort into remodeling our home. We take great pride in our home and what we have accomplished to make it a beautiful vacation destination.

Our family of four recently spent 10 days at Villa Sunny Escape. The villa was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The south facing pool area was spacious, and we enjoyed the grill and outdoor TV. The villa was close to shopping, downtown Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. We had an excellent experience with both the owner and management company. A great place to stay.
