This home is very well kept and maintained, is only 1 mile from the white sugar sand of Vanderbilt beach and we are pet friendly too.

Cancellation Policy?
We understand that sometimes beyond your control, plans change. If cancellation is received in writing 60 or more days before occupancy we will refund all moneys collected. If cancellation is received less than 60 days before occupancy, we will immediately market the property and will do our best to find another tenant to take over the dates of your reservation. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $500.00 cancellation/ re-processing fee.
