We loved this home! The location in north Naples was ideal- close to Mercato, Vanderbilt Beach / Wiggins state park. The home is EXCEPTIONALLY well equipped in every way from PLENTY of beach towels, to the kitchen you have everything you need! (Check the pantry before you go shopping- there was a lot of the fundamentals in there!) and every appliance including a ninja air frier and a blender. The host/ property manager Tim was also wonderful, super helpful and responsive when we had any issue at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Once the lease is signed, there are no refunds. However we are in the service business so if you need to cancel, we are happy to put those dates on the market as available and we will try our best to get someone to replace your dates. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $500.00 cancellation/ re-processing fee.
It really all depends on when we get notice of cancellation. If we receive the cancellation 60 days or more, it would be enough time to find a replacement. However, if we receive a cancellation 30 days before occupancy, it would be challenging to find a replacement tenant.
