This pool Villa, newly built in 2002, was newly renovated and furnished in 2022.

Located on the canal with direct ocean access yet close to restaurants and shopping, the villa sleeps eight.

A large open living area offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay.
Three bedrooms with king size beds, plus a fourth with two single beds, all modern and tastefully decorated. There are also two bathrooms.

Area Information

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.
