THE PROPERTY
This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms + den/office with an extra bed and 2 full bathrooms. This home welcomes you with happy decor and an open floor plan, a beautiful updated and fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area. It has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace in one of its family rooms. The house provides a lot of natural light due to large windows and sliding doors that open fully. There are two large living rooms with comfy sitting, offering plenty of relaxing space for your whole family. You will love the vibrance of the master bedroom with a king bed and sliding door to the pool. The master bathroom has 2 rooms with 2 single vanities and a walk-in shower. There's a bright kids' room near the master bathroom with 2 twin bunk beds. The third room has a queen size murphy bed with a writing desk and can be used as an office or can transform into a bedroom. The second bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub and is located near the office/den and third bedroom with a queen bed. The large family and dining rooms have sliding doors that completely open to the screened pool area which has also an outdoor dining table. The pool has a removable child safety gate. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to: Waterside shops - 8 min, Artis Naples - 11 min (walk to concerts and save yourself from the hassle of parking, patrons of the arts should love this!), The Hilton Hotel & Shula's Steak House, ½ mile to Neapolitan Way where there is Publix, Walgreens, Mr. Big Fish, and other great restaurants, Big Mama's Bicycle Shop, The Naples Grand & Clams Pass Beach Park, and Beacon Bowling. There is a public tennis court across the street and a park with a playground. Tennis is 1st come 1st serve and you can practically see from your house whether the court is vacant or empty.
