The community sits perfectly on the water and includes a heated pool, beautiful dock & fishing pier, kayak launch area, outdoor gazebo with grills and seating overlooking the water. Also included are two bikes to use, two backpack beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Walking/biking distance to everything you would need. Beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery store, pharmacy.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, completely remodeled condo is fully furnished. This is a split floor plan. Master bedroom has a King size bed and bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and an oversized chair pullout with a Twin bed. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets. TV’s in both bedrooms.
Living Room has a beautiful, extremely comfortable sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. Large outdoor open air balcony with cozy seating for four is off the Living Room where you can enjoy the Gulf breeze and the Florida sun.
Kitchen includes everything you would need for cooking, includes microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster & blender.
Bathrooms & Bedrooms are stocked with extra towels and bed linens along with beach towels and beach chairs.
Laundry room located on the first floor - all new washers and dryers. Laundry basket with wheels provided. Optional easy to use laundry app to let you know when the cycle is finished.
Dolphin Pointe Condominiums is located in the most prime location on the Dunedin Causeway. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, marina, Tiki bar, the Dunedin Causeway Beach and the Pinellas Trail. There is a fishing dock/pier on the property to enjoy watching the dolphins play and gorgeous Florida sunsets.
The Dunedin Causeway is a 2.5 mile route that leads from Bayshore Blvd directly to the entrance of Honeymoon Island State Park. The Causeway is lined on each side by water of St. Joseph Sound. It is a beautiful destination for fishing, watercraft activities, and sunbathing. The area is also popular for walking, jogging and bike riding as a part of the Pinellas Trail runs along the entire length of the Causeway. Sail Honeymoon, Inc has a great selection of sailboats and kayak rentals as as food and beverages.
The Pinellas Trail is a 45 mile paved trail extending from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg, FL and runs through the heart of downtown Dunedin and other great towns. The trail has lots of bikers, walkers, skaters, and joggers. Electric bikes are permitted and rentals are available close by.
The trail has a multitude of stopping points with bars, dining, Farmer’s Markets, local entertainment and shopping along the way. There are water fountains for you and even a few bike repair poles with common tools to fix your bike under way.

I recently stayed at Kristin Savages condo at Dolphin Point in Dunedin Florida. Everything was above and beyond what we expected. Kristin was very accessible to us. The location was great. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Kristin gave us a partial refund due to roof work. We weren’t affected at all by roofing work. I would definitely stay at Dolphin point again . My husband and I had stayed at one of Kristin’s other condos last year. It too was wonderful. This year I was alone, as a recent widow. This condo was like a big hug- bright sunshine, gorgeous fresh new furnishings mimicking a Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn catalog… natural, coastal, room for family to pop by for a quick dip in the pool then off to a local eatery. Everything accessed by walking or bicycles. Proximity to Honeymoon Island, Pinellas Bike Trail, churches of all denominations, cafes etc etc. we love it here so much we just bought a home in Dunedin. If Dolphin Pointe is your intro to all that Dunedin has to offer you will love it here as well.
