Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

The end of March will be our third year in a row staying in this beautiful home. Nothing but relaxation, wonderful restaurants, shopping, attractions close by. It's the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious, great kitchen, but it's the lanai and pool area that are the best, we spend most of our time relaxing there. Highly recommend!!
