THE PROPERTY
Modernly furnished with a coastal chic feel featuring a queen bed, kitchenette and full bath, sleeping 2 guests. Pool, outdoor patio set and grill are for the sole use of guests of the main house. Cabana house guests are welcome to use these amenities only when the main house is vacant. The Sorrento Cabana is perfect for your stay if you're looking for close to the beach, private place but don't have the need to rent the whole house. This GREAT location has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation in Naples, FL.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The private Cabana suite is detached from the rest of the house. It includes a flat-screen TV, its own private full bathroom, a small kitchen area with microwave and small fridge and access to the courtyard. It has a queen size bed and a desk.

- Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
