It is walking distance from the Marina, shops, restaurants, historical lighthouse and beaches. It has a private boat dock allowing you to bring your boat with you. Large electric heated pool is surround by lush vegetation that provides the ultimate in privacy. This bungalow style house has 3 bedrooms (two Master Suites!), 3 bathrooms (includes one pool bath!) and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Two King size beds and one queen.You will thoroughly love the two Master baths one with luxury tub and glass block walk in shower!
The front entrance welcomes you with a cozy sitting area consisting of a fabric sectional, TV and desk. The dining area has a large wooden table with 8 chairs. The open kitchen comes with all modern appliances like a stainless steel fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. Plenty of counter space with all smaller kitchen tools like a toaster, coffeemaker, blender, has a view right over the pool area.
It has all the upgrades and luxury amenities you need to enjoy for a relaxing vacation in paradise. Games for the kids, bikes, and a double kayak! All the beach equipment you need..chairs, towels, umbrellas etc. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush!
