Centrally located in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida, this villa is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy close by shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. This 3 bedroom – 2 bath villa boasts over 1,900 square feet and has sleeping capabilities for 6 guests! With all the amenities available for you to enjoy, The Cape Place will leave you and your loved ones with timeless memories that will last a lifetime.

Upon entry into the home, guests will fall in love with the neutral tones and blue coastal décor found throughout. In the living room, guests will find plenty of space to sit, relax, and watch their favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. Guests who love to cook will find all they need in the kitchen to make their favorite meals, including a toaster, coffee maker, and all other kitchen essentials. A grand dining room with seating for six and a cute breakfast nook with seating for four gives guests lots of options for where they would like to enjoy their meal. For guests who have work to get done while on their trip they will find sanctity in the back office. This space features a desk with lamp, ergonomic chair, and plenty of space to get that important work done.
In the master bedroom, guests will find a luxurious King size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the lanai. This ensuite bathroom features dual sinks and a walk-in shower. In the other bedrooms, guests will find a set of twin size beds and the other bedroom a queen size bed. The guest bathroom features a large shower and serves as a pool bath.

Once outside, guests will find the true highlight of this home. The screened in lanai features an outdoor bar with mini fridge, TV, hammock, outdoor furniture, and a heated pool. Guests will relax and enjoy their favorite beverage by the heated pool and dock with plenty of space for them and their family to enjoy. Down by the dock guests can enjoy views of the canal, search for Southwest Florida wildlife, or use the provided kayaks to explore the canals.
