Guests who love to cook will find all the kitchen essentials needed to whip up snacks and meals with ease. From quick coffee in the morning to gourmet delights, the kitchen will not disappoint. The in-kitchen dining table offers seating for four with a view overlooking the pool out to the canal. For a more special meal, enjoy the grandeur of the dining room with elegant seating for 6-7 people. Work travelers will appreciate the dedicated office space in the back, complete with a desk, lamp, ergonomic chair, and plenty of room to tackle important tasks. This quiet space will allow you to submerse yourself in the work at hand so you can finish quickly and get outdoors to enjoy your vacation!

The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a TV, and direct access to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom boasts dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The other guest bedrooms feature a queen size bed, and 2 twin singles - each offering comfy beds and coastal comforters so that you can rest and rejuvenate in comfort. The guest bathroom features a large shower and also serves as a pool bath.

The true gem of this home is found outside. The screened lanai is a paradise in itself, offering an outdoor bar with a mini fridge, a TV, a hammock for relaxation, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a heated pool. Guests can enjoy their favorite beverages by the pool and take in the scenic surroundings.
