It’s all just steps away from the convenience of our walkout lanai. Enjoy a stroll around beautiful Lely with Starbucks, Publix, shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Enjoy our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom newly furnished and decorated villa that is bright, modern with a rustic Italian flair. The brand new deluxe furnishings will provide all the comforts of home. We provide everything you need during your time here including luxurious linens, towels, some toiletries and laundry supplies. A fully appointed kitchen and dining area offers a coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, Espresso maker, tea kettle and single Keurig with pods. A few pantry items will be provided as well to get you started after your travel.
In the living area you can relax on the new leather sofa watching a 65 inch smart TV.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser and smart TV. The adjoining master bath and walk in closet completes your luxurious sanctuary.
A guest bedroom includes 2 double size beds that can be combined for a California King bed if requested. A desk station completes the room making it ideal if you need to work a bit while on vacation.
We also provide beach chairs, towels, pool noodles and some small exercise equipment.

Access to the Tiki hut around the corner at Staybridge Hotel is available to Coral Falls guests.

About the owner: My husband and I have travelled to Naples for many years. There is no other place like it in Florida that offers all of what Naples is all about. Naples is a second home for us and we love sharing our recently purchased condo to likewise paradise lovers. With the beautiful white sand beaches and spectacular sunsets of the Gulf Coast we knew this was our happy place. There is so much to enjoy… golfing, pickleball, fishing, boating, water sports, arts and culture and the abundance of nature and wildlife. The feeling you get in Naples is difficult to describe, you have to experience it and we would love to host to you.
Why this property? Our condo has been recently furnished and decorated with everything you need for a home away from home. We pride ourselves in your comfort and we are just a text away if you need anything Coral Falls is a peaceful retreat with natural preserve around us. Relax in the hot tub, a lovely pool and waterfall with a spectacular backdrop of flowers , lush foliage and preserve. It is close to many shops and restaurants and close to attractions and amenities, but best of all walking around the Lely community is breathtaking.

We stayed for a week in December. The condo was so nice. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Cathy took a lot of care in making our stay perfect. The wine, chocolates and little extras was such a welcoming touch. We spent a lot of time in the lanai. The view was great. Everything around the condo was well maintained and the location was great. We will return next time we are in Naples.

We stayed for the month of January 2024 and the condo was great. The surrounding grounds were well maintained too. The condo was decorated tastefully and very adequately. We had no issues during our stay. The owner was easily reachable via texts during the booking process and during our stay.
