The home faces South West to an intersecting canal with Gulf of Mexico access. Rent a boat and dock at the home! Lounge by the heated saltwater pool. Stroll along the canal and watch the fish jumping in the water. Bring your fishing poles! Enjoy the sunset from your pool deck. Watch the games from the pool/spa/lanai on your large, outside flat screen TV. There is a gas grill for preparing those delicious meals. 4 bicycles are available for you use. One side of the garage is available to park your car. The driveway has enough parking space for 4 cars, with room to spare.

This home boasts a Mother-in-Law Suite with a separate entrance. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with living room, kitchen and laundry room. Main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, totaling 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Every bedroom has a smart TV. All bathrooms are updated with beautiful tile and fixtures. 2 grande bedrooms have king size beds and 4 bedrooms have queen beds. The kitchens are completely renovated and well stocked with gorgeous granite counter tops, new appliances, double ovens and a large island with plenty of seating - seats 12! Perfect for the family to gather around.

In the main house, the living area has a large screen TV and an X box with games, or you may want to enjoy a game of billiards on the pool table. If you are musically inclined, enjoy playing some tunes on the keyboard. Contemporary furnishings through out, high quality linens and towels. A pack n play is provided.

The beautiful Florida sun shines through large windows and backyard doors over the entire space, and together with tastefully picked details and bright wooden floors, it creates a unique ambiance that will stay with you long after you leave. Cuddle up on the sofa during the evening, or step onto the private patio and marvel at the starry sky while sipping your favorite drink next to the canal. The enclosed patio also features a large swimming pool, providing a stunning oasis where you can unwind and work on your vacation tan.
