Our family had a great stay on surrey lane. The house was clean and spacious and in a lovely neighbourhood. The location is ideal, 10 minutes to downtown Dunedin and central to shopping, beaching and exploring. The booking process was excellent and a plumbing issue was taken care of immediately while we were there. A great home base for a central Florida vacation!

I stayed here in August with my family and it was a lovely home, very conveniently located only 10 minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants. There is dolphin boat tours and jet ski rentals available in the surrounding areas for somthing to do after the beach. I definitely recommend this rental It was a great time. :)

I loved my stay at this beautifully decorated home! Situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach, I was centrally located to shopping, great food, and golf. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare and serve meals. It is a short distance to Tampa Airport and Dunedin. This home is truly a gem and I will definitely stay here when I come back to Clearwater!

I recently stayed here and I had a wonderful experience. The home was located just a short drive from the beach, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The open kitchen and living room was cozy and great for our small family to spend time together. The shaded backyard seating was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink at sunset.The home was close to shopping malls, restaurants, and the beach but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Though there were some noisy peacocks if you can believe it! That was a cool experience to see.The property manager was very helpful, and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Clearwater.
