Enjoy relaxing in your home away from home, in this highly desirable area, located close to some of Naples best beaches, best shopping, and popular restaurants. This condo is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood where you can walk or bike to the beach (.75 miles away), nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We provide 2 bikes with helmets and locks for when you feel like and adventure.
You will find that this 3rd floor condo is located conveniently near the stairs and has an elevator as well.
During your stay you will have access to free Wi-Fi, Central A/C, a shared pool (we provide the pool towels) and shuffleboard. You will have your own designated covered parking spot as well as other areas for visitor parking.
This unit comes with a well-equipped, full kitchen to make it easy for the times you prefer to "eat in". In the morning, enjoy views from the screened-in lanai as you sip your morning coffee.
In a short, 3-minute drive to the beach (.75 miles away), you will see some of Naples most beautiful homes in Park Shore. During your stay at our condo, you will have access to a pass that allows you access to a private beach for Park Shore Association members. After showing your pass to the gate attendant, you will have free, shaded parking that is just steps away to Naples white sand beaches along with access to a bathhouse with bathrooms and outdoor shower. Feel free to use the beach umbrellas and beach chairs that we provide.
Our two bedroom, two bathroom vacation home, provides you with a king bed with Smart TV, full bathroom and closet in the primary bedroom, and a queen bed, full bathroom, and closet in the second bedroom. The family room consists of a Smart TV and two comfortable sofas where you can relax after a day in the sun. One of the sofas is a sofa sleeper should you need the extra space.

There is a wifi enabled lock that we assign an individual code for each guest that automatically expires when you vacate.
Yes. we provide 6 Beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, an inflatable paddleboard, 2 Boggie boards, backpack cooler, sand toys and some athletic equipment and floating noodles. In addition beach towels and private beach pass exclusively for Park Shore Residents that comes with free parking.
we are in the middle of Park Shore surrounded by beautiful homes and a short access to the beach and shopping. the neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk around and close to all that you want to see in Naples.
