*Florida tax is added on to the quoted monthly rate for any rental rental period less than 6 months.
I show in my chart that stays longer than 90 days is possible given the selected period. The rates will be affected by the length of the requested reservation. In low season or summer/fall - the average nightly rate is $55.00 per night or $1650.00 per month. In high season the nightly rate for just 3 months will be highest or $175.00 per night vs $150.00 per night if you wish to stay 4 months and $125.0 per night if you wish to stay a full 5 or 6 months during high season.
To reserve for any selected period, a one month non refundable deposit is required to hold your dates. 60 days prior to check in the full balance is due along with a $1000.00 security deposit, as well as, an HOA application for the community to run a background check. Owner prefers credit card payments made via paypal or a bank transfer.
If you wish for a different timeframe then shown - please email me and make a request. A stay longer than 6 months is possible provided the condo is not already booked. Any time longer than 6 months will be quoted at the same monthly rate as for the 6 month stay or an extra $125 per night for every additional night past 6 months.
Once the vacation rental is fully paid there are no refunds available. Travel insurance is highly advised.
*The security deposit will be returned 7 days following departure provided there is no damage, breakage, etc. While the community will do a background check for security purposes, there is no credit check performed as the vacation rental is paid in full prior to arrival.
