We have been going to Hutchinson Island for a number of winters now and just finished our 2nd year in this unit. The unit is well appointed, great kitchen as Ocean Harbor kitchens go and very comfortable. The washer and dryer are excellent and furniture is comfortable. Ralph is spot on with his communication and customer service. I wish I could rent for more than 2 months. We love the beach and the people are very friendly.John and Amy Jackson Michigan

Very nice, well maintained unit! Nice comfortable furnishings. Everything worked perfectly! A pleasure renting such a nice unit with great views. Another plus was how very nice all the folks were and how well kept the entire property was.

My wife and I had a great stay. We spent Jan - March away from the frigid winters of New York and this was the PERFECT place for us!! Our hosts (Ralph & Kim) could not be nicer and so too are the people we met. Plenty of social activities and friendships we made with other "snowbirds" from many other states. The condo was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. The view from the balcony and master bedroom are magnificent. The Atlantic ocean right in our own backyard. We loved it and will be coming back again and again.

This condo is a 10!!! Absolutely beautiful, direct ocean view with wonderful balcony for our "happy hour" each afternoon was great. The condo is stocked with everything you need. It was very well decorated, impeccably clean, and the owners are more than helpful, with anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable. I will definitely be back and will send my friends from Michigan and Indiana too! Thanks Ralph for being such a great host.
