Fresh water canal with amazing views of wildlife, and the sparkling pool will welcome you to float your cares away. From the comfort of the pool deck you can enjoy peaceful sunsets and make incredible memories. The fenced back yard enhances your privacy and Cape Coral is serviced by Southwest International Airport (RSW) approximately 1/2 hour drive away.
Master bedroom has a separate entry to pool, walk-in shower, dual marble sinks, and large walk in closet. It has a smart 55” tv and ceiling fan. Home is air conditioned and heated as needed. Bamboo pillows for a great restful sleep are provided, as are linens and towels.
Second bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed and ceiling fan to add to your comfort. The tub/ shower combo is shared between bedroom two and three which has a full bed, ceiling fan and large closets.
Fully equipped kitchen with full dining room, and a coffee bar with k- cup and brew style coffeemaker. Just a pump of the coffee flavorings, enhance your drink A separate beverage center with blender is also available, as is washer/ dryer and 2 bicycles. Plenty of cooking essentials are ready for your use. Grill out on the brick lanai while you stream your favorite shows on the outdoor tv. Enjoy the pool or relax and take in the sights and sounds of the fresh water wildlife. New pool cage offers privacy and comfort.

About the owner: We’ve been vacationing here for several years, and just love the home town feel and friendly people. We’ve felt so welcomed here; we decided this is where we want to be! The weather is perfect and plenty of things to do! We love all the special festivals and activities.
Why this property? Both my husband and I knew this house was to be our home. The living/ dining area is a perfect place to entertain, where the whole family can get together, and the views are outstanding. The pool was the icing on the cake!

Stayed with my sisters over the Labor Day holiday at this lovely property. Appreciated all the amenities at this location. Very clean and well-maintained. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and pool right outside the back door. Loved the extra special touches of the kitchen coffee bar and the use of laundry facilities.
