Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Think of it as your bungalow in Dunedin and all the area has to offer. Plus, enjoy the amenities at our property across the street at Nautical Landings. Kayak, and relax on our dock. Plus you will have beach chairs, umbrella, and a pass to Honeymoon Island!

The building is a duplex with parking in the front. You have access to the dock and water across the street at our main property Nautical Landings.

There is a king size bed in the master and a queen and a trundle bed in the guest room (comes out like two twin beds).

So come, sit back and relax and enjoy the serenity of the gulf breeze and island charm of Dunedin.
