THE PROPERTY
This Naturally lit first floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Located in the upscale Lely Resort and includes all the community amenities including a pool, hot tub, fitness center, grilling area, tennis courts, and a restaurant. This meticulously remodeled unit leaves nothing to be desired.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This unit has been tastefully remodeled from top to bottom. Brand new porcelain tile floors, tasteful architectural moldings, and professionally painted throughout. The new kitchen opens nicely to the dining and living areas and is complete with warm wood-tone kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. In-unit laundry with a new front-load washer and dryer. Enjoy a morning breakfast and evening sunsets from the screened lanai with the picturesque views of the Hibiscus Golf Course. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with its own entrance onto the lanai and a private full bath with a single vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet and is adjacent to the second full bath with a single vanity. Both bathrooms in the unit are fully remodeled and have quality features, tile, and nice attention to detail.

- Easy check-in & check out process. Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL

Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Several copies of our vacation guide are provided to give you ideas on places you can enjoy visiting while in Naples. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, lip balm, note pads, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
