Oceanographic Society is two miles down the island, see turtles, sharks, pet stingrays, everything for the family. Or pull up a beach chair and relax on the beach. Great shelling beach too!
Why Kids Love It
Fantastic place for the kids, pools on both sides of the building, looking for special and unique shells on the beach. Riding the waves with boards in the ocean, but best of all seeing a turtle lay its eggs on the beach, and baby turtles leaving another nest on their walk to the ocean. Great fishing off the beach is always a favorite.
Hutchinson Island is a quiet island with great beaches for shelling and two lanes of traffic. Easy access to Jensen Beach and Fort pierce. Three bridges to gain access to the mainland. Excellent variety of restaurants and fine dining available. Quant shops and local events you can participate in town. Oceanographic center on the island is a great place for your family to experience and learn about turtles, sting rays, sharks.

Elliott museum has great displays and learning experiences for the family.
Thursday night is Jamin Jensen, vendors display great things all over the main street, perfect for getting an ice cream cones and walking around.

Sandra I.Great beach side condo on beautiful Hutchinson Island
The condo is perfectly located with beach views on one side and inter coastal views on the other. The location on the top floor makes the views even more incredible. The condo is well maintained, equipped and nicely decorated. There are two pools available for use along with grills and picnic tables. Jensen Beach is a beautiful area.
