Atlantic Sunrise A - This listing is half of a duplex. The beach is your backyard with lots of space for everyone, including your leashed pup. Take a short walk and dip your toes in the ocean. There are beautiful views from the balcony and deck. The first level offers a bedroom and bath, spacious great room, dining area and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The main living area includes comfy couches, a large HDTV and access to an oceanfront deck for sunbathing. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free Wi-Fi. The full size kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances large and small. It will be easy to cook up a delicious family meal. Harris Teeter, Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are nearby for all your groceries. Upstairs, there is a large sunny master suite! The bath boasts a large walk-in shower and separate powder area. The second floor includes a third bedroom that has two twin beds and a private bath. Spacious, convenient, and beautifully appointed, located in a private oceanfront setting but close to shopping and restaurants. We have many return guests that just love this oceanfront spot. Come and explore one of Florida's best island towns!

NOTES:
There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit. There are several parking areas that allow all-night parking.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.
