This is an amazing property! Location and pool and lanai were awesome! Private and close to everything! There was a Publix right up the road also. We rented golf carts from zoom around and we could easily ride to beach. Coquina beach awesome! We saw manatees everyday. Great w boat access also if you own a boat. The master bedroom and bath are just breathtaking. Anne at Emerald kite was top notch and soo personal from the start! They had management there on move out to fix freezer we had issues with- very impressed! Loved home and the service! Would def rent again ! Amazing views! Beautiful home!
