The Villa Sanibel Shell invites you with its luxurious decor, as well as the noble Travertine-floor, to dream, relax and feel at ease. The Villa has an alarm system, individually controlled air-conditioning and a laundry room with electrical devices in European (quality) standard. Washing machine, dryer, Iron board and vacuum cleaners are also provided. As a standard you can find also towels, a highchair, bedrail and a babybett without extra Charge. Add on you will have High-Speed-Internet/ WLAN and a phone.

The living room area is open and spacious. Here you can relax and take it easy. For great entertainment you will find in our entertainment center a 75" smart LED HD TV, Apple-TV, as well as a Dolby Surround Sound System with integrated Music System (with volume controls at various points in the house).

GAME ROOM WITH BUTLERS PANTRY

You will enjoy the game room with pool table. In the adjacent butler's pantry you can mix a cocktail or enjoy a properly chilled wine from the wine chiller.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen with the high end quality GE-brands, such as a 48" fridge, Induction-cooktop, built-in oven and build in microwave, leaves no wishes open. The huge Raised-Island-Bar is perfect for special entertainment. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the spacious dining area with ample space for 8 people. Thanks to the corner-sliding-doors you have a fantastic view of the pool area and the canal.

BEDROOMS

Very unique are the 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en suite. The bedrooms are split into a master bedroom with king size bed, a jr-master bedroom room with king size bed, a bedroom with queen-size bed and another bedroom with a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are also equipped with high-quality mattresses, Smart-LED-HDTV and clocks.

The vacation rental „Villa Sanibel Shell“ is near the Veterans Pkwy and the Cape Coral Pkwy in a very quiet area on a direct gulf access. You can walk or ride with a bicycle from us to the most important things like supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacys and doctors. The location is perfect!
