About the host

: We are Diane and Tom Vance. We live in the Houston, Texas area and purchased this condo because we fell in love with Perdido Key 40 years ago and wanted to have a place for family and friends to relax and enjoy the sugar sands of the Key. We have made several improvements to the condo without changing the laid back comfort of the existing warm Coastal Decor. We upgraded the kitchen inventory and added new dining room furniture, master bedroom furniture and new mattresses and televisions. We also added new bedding, towels and linens and there will be more updates to come. We want this condo to fulfill your every need and make you feel at home.
