The unit is located on second floor of 2 story building. Wi-Fi and cable are include. The condo is located 1 mile to the beach. and Downtown 5th Ave. The condo is located 1/4 mile to Tin City where shops and restaurants and tourist attractions are located.
The condo is a corner and provides a carport below with private assigned parking, large living room with private lanai, large masterbedroom with queen size bed, includes dressing room and bath. Large 2nd bedroom with double bed, next to main bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and has all appliances, ( toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and of course refrigerator with icemaker). All towels, linens, beachchairs, beach umbrella, iron/ironingboard included. An answering machine is provided. Each room has a phone . TV in livingroom, with VCR, DVD and Bluetooth ready stereo are also provided. Both bedrooms have televisons as well. Master also has a stereo. There are also 3 Bluetooth ready alarm clocks.

Utilities are included, which are cable, internet and the 1st $80 per month of electric. Cleaning expenses, which is a minimum of $170.00, damages, and electric usages beyond $80 per month, will be deducted from deposit at the end of stay.

About the owner: My brother and I purchased this condo. A must for us, was it had to be on the water. We found this property that included a dock and canal that accessed the bay and Gulf. Additionally the location was prime due to the fact that it is located so close to Tin City and 5th Ave and a mile to the beach. We are both professionals in healthcare and require a little get away time to relax in the warmth.
Why this property? I have been traveling to Florida since I was a young girl. I took many cruises and traveled throughout the state of Florida. I chose Naples, at the time, mostly because my friends lived there. I eventually lived there for a time, but returned home for my elderly parents. Naples has changed much over the years, It has grown from a rural town where everyone knew everyone in town to a prosperous and beautiful city with a lot more events and activities now than back in 1990.
