The unit is located on second floor of 2 story building. Wi-Fi and cable are include. The condo is located 1 mile to the beach. and Downtown 5th Ave. The condo is located 1/4 mile to Tin City where shops and restaurants and tourist attractions are located.
The condo is a corner and provides a carport below with private assigned parking, large living room with private lanai, large masterbedroom with queen size bed, includes dressing room and bath. Large 2nd bedroom with double bed, next to main bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and has all appliances, ( toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and of course refrigerator with icemaker). All towels, linens, beachchairs, beach umbrella, iron/ironingboard included. An answering machine is provided. Each room has a phone . TV in livingroom, with VCR, DVD and Bluetooth ready stereo are also provided. Both bedrooms have televisons as well. Master also has a stereo. There are also 3 Bluetooth ready alarm clocks.

We had an excellent vacation experience at this property. The condo was exactly as depicted and promised. It was a soothing comfortable space to stay with spacious snd spotless rooms that provided adequate storage for clothing and personal belongings needed for a lengthy stay of 30 days or more. The decor provides a positive and relaxing vibe with creamy pastel florals in gentle colors with natural accents that evoke connection with the tropical beach environment outside. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and cheerful for cooking meals at home to eat in the formal dining space in the main entertaining area or the casual covered and screened patio dining space. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The condo complex is well-maintained and well-lit with large designated parking spaces. We slept well and felt at home in the master bedroom with soft comfortable bedding and pillows. There is a great closet and bureau space and a on-suite bathroom with a large vanity area for grooming. The condo air temperature was cool and comfortable with air.conditioning and ample ceiling fans that circulated the air for quality and comfort. For at home entertainment the television offered an incredible variety of channel choices. Having televisions in each bedroom in addition to the main entertainment space was a plus. The location of the condo was exceptional for enjoyment of Downtown Naples, Tin City and surrounding attractions such as the beaches and the Zoo. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. Our host, Diane Brattelli, is friendly, responsive to our questions, and knowledgeable about the area with recommendations for local restaurant choices or special attractions to enhance our stay. I highly recommend staying at Diane’s condo for an extended stay to immerse your family in the Naples experience in a comfortable and relaxing home-like setting.
