This is our second visit to Sunset Magic Villa. We love this vacation home so much. It has everything you need to make your stay memorable. Megan is a fantastic host, very responsive. We will continue to visit and recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

Great Holiday

My family and I recently stayed at Sunset Magic Villa. The villa is a lovely big property that was a home from home during our holiday and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Situated in a quiet caul-de-sac in gate community that felt safe and secure. It is quite close to the 192 where we had access to plenty shops and restaurants and close to Disney. The villa owners were lovely and really quick to reply to any messages. We had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Family Stay

We absolutely loved staying at the Villa. It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, the area is beautiful and we felt very safe. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to visit. We will definitely book again for our next trip. Thank you.

Amazing home for an unbelievable vacation

Our family of 11 - 7 adults and 4 granchildren ranging in age from 2 to 8 had an unforgettable vacation. This house is amazing! The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with anything you could wish for. The coffee bar is a nice touch ! The family room was large enough for all of us to sit and enjoy. The dining table is massive with room for 16 to sit comfortably. All 8 bedrooms were large and exquisitely decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were also big with lots of counter space. The media room upstairs was a big hit with the boys who enjoyed playing Xbox and watching movies. The outside pool and hot tub were fantastic with alot of seating area. The pool basketball net was a big hit with young and old. The pool had a mesh gate for safety and the sliding door to the pool also beeped every time it was opened. A great safety feature with little ones. There were also high chairs, strollers, a pack&play and a portable crib for little ones. The location is great and we did Disney and other attractions. We also took advantage of the water park in the community that we could walk to. This is definitely a 5+ star home. I cann’t thank Megan enough for how friendly and quickly she responded to all my texts and resolved little issues that came up. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! Thank you Megan for being such a wonderful host. We definitely made many happy memories in your home and on this vacation!

The perfect home away from home

We can't say enough great things about Megan and her hospitality. We had planned our trip for over a year and she took the time to answer my "many" questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The house was beautiful with lots of room for our large group. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and she was so quick to help with anything we needed..even answering questions that didn't pertain to the house itself. The house was clean, the pool was lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Megan and her husband are definitely fantastic hosts and made our first Florida vacation that much better and easier.

Amazing Vacation

This Vacation was amazing from start to finish. From first contact with Megan 8 months before our vacation to our check out was seamless. She answered MANY questions i had and worked with me to have a special surprise for my parents on their arrival. Not to mention the vacation home. It was spectacular. Everything was named,very clean and had everything we needed and more. We would 100% recommend this vacation home, we already have family friends interested. I can't thank you enough Megan for making our Special Family Vacation an absolute blast. xo

Fantastic!

Booked this beautiful home for a spring break trip with my extended family. The house was amazing! Everything you need is ready for use. The home was clean. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms meant each family had their own spaces, and even the teen had a place to hide when she wanted to! Close enough to the airport, theme parks, and beaches which meant tons of activities at your fingertips. The host was great to work with, responsive, and welcoming. 100% would recommend this property for anyone looking to get away! Thanks again for helping to make our trip fantastic!

Fantastic family vacation

The property was exactly as advertised on online and more than enough for our family of 10 - the rooms were perfect for the kids, they were blown away!Megan was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our stay and was happy to answer all of our questions in advance (we had some food allergies in the group, so local recommendations are always very important to us).We had a fantastic stay all in the all, would definitely book again.
