Absolutely fantastic, huge 2 br DIRECT GULF FRONT with balcony off each bedroom.
We have added a specialized, super comfortable sleeper sofa (Natuzzi Leather with Luxury Mattress) in a very unique arranvement that allows use of this 3rd sleeping area without disturbing the rest of the guest group that might want use of the living room while others go to sleep. We would be happy to talk to you by phone to explain further. Basically, we are utilizing a room adjacent to our large kitchen, as a media room with the sleeper sofa, which can actually be left in the open position your entire stay if desired, without interrupting the rest of the guests.
This is an incredibly nice and spacious direct gulf front condo, with rich wood and travertine tile throughout

About the owner: We, Tony & Elizabeth Hobbs, are the owners of four very spacious 2 bedroom gulf front condos at Indigo East Condominiums in Perdido Key, Florida (1104E, 1204E, 1804E and 1904E). We live on a small farm in nearby Lillian, Alabama, approximately 25 minutes away. Unrelenting attention to cleanliness, detail and hospitality has helped us build a time tested reputation among our repeat guests, Indigo Staff and our fellow Indigo condo owners. Part of our process includes meeting our rental guests in person on arrival day, giving a brief introduction and tour of the condo, and making sure that everyone is completely satisfied. We are proud of our 5-star ratings and reviews, written by literally hundreds of guests - a true testament to what can be expected when dealing with us.
