We have added a specialized, super comfortable sleeper sofa (Natuzzi Leather with Luxury Mattress) in a very unique arranvement that allows use of this 3rd sleeping area without disturbing the rest of the guest group that might want use of the living room while others go to sleep. We would be happy to talk to you by phone to explain further. Basically, we are utilizing a room adjacent to our large kitchen, as a media room with the sleeper sofa, which can actually be left in the open position your entire stay if desired, without interrupting the rest of the guests.
