Welcome to Mai Tai Suites Dunedin this beautiful furnished rental located in the quaint city of Dunedin, Florida has two bedrooms, one bath and is the perfect getaway for up to 4 adults. Children must be 13 or older.

The stunning space has a spacious living room with plenty of seating to accommodate 4 guests. With 2 Smart TV's and WiFi, you can keep everyone entertained for hours. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner cook top, oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
The two bedrooms each have a comfortable king size bed, with fresh linens and pillows provided. The bathroom is stocked with towels, toiletries, and a bathtub with a shower.
Take advantage of the outdoor space with small seating area outside each unit.
Enjoy a stroll on the causeway beach and stop for refreshments at the High and Dry Grill.
Nearby attractions include the beaches, parks, downtown Dunedin, and the Oldsmar Flea Market. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.
This furnished rental provides a free pass to Honeymoon Island and is also dog friendly up to two free of charge. Enjoy the comforts of home while exploring the beauty of Dunedin, Florida.
Please note there is a restaurant across the street that can sometimes be loud in the evenings.

Location, Location Location! The moment I set foot on the property I fell in love. It is so serene with a beautiful courtyard boasting wood cranes, geckos, and beautiful birds. You are on Ward Island so surrounded by water with gentle ocean breezes.
Why Kids Love It
Small children are not recommended due to the proximity to the water as well as the unit having nothing childproof with lots of breakables and hard surfaces. Kids age 13 and up are OK

About the owner: My husband John and I have been in the short term rental space for since 2009. We have property in Clearwater Beach as well as Mexico. When we came upon the Mai Tai and the beautiful surroundings we fell in love and made the purchase. Its a great location surrounded by water and lots to see and do.
Why this property? I love the location and Dunedin is the coolest little town. Inhabited by wonderful people and dogs. Some of the best restaurants I have eaten at are in downtown Dunedin.

Are Dogs Allowed?
Yes we allow dogs up to two per stay. There is no extra charge for dogs.
How far is the beach?
Honeymoon Island is approximately 2 miles up the road. You can drive or bike there. There is also the Causeway Beach which is within walking distance however not as nice as Honeymoon Island
Are there a lot of good bars and restaurants close by?
There is Hurricane Eddies right across the street and downtown Dunedin has tons of wonderful restaurants and breweries.

The Mai Tai Suite was sparkling clean. Sometimes in rentals you feel as if you need to rewash the kitchen dishware and utensils prior to using. Not here! My son -- a professional chef -- was delighted with all of the up-to-date appliances and amenities available for use. The range, refrigerator with water/ice maker and washer/dryer are all high-end and new. Karen was the perfect host, attending to your every need. Cannot recommend staying in this perfect location more highly!

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo close to downtown Dunedin, the Dunedin causeway, Honeymoon Island State Park, shopping, and baseball. The host provides an abundance of starter supplies as well as beach chairs and a large cooler. We found it to be the perfect location for Spring Training baseball, as well as walks to the causeway and nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!
