I had the best experience spending time at this condo and can’t wait to go back! It had everything I needed including an in-unit washer and dryer as well as dedicated parking spot. The owners were fabulous to work with and very responsive to anything I may have needed. The location is amazing with the beach just a block away! The neighborhood is accessible to many things including great restaurants, Las Olas, Intercoastal water taxi and much more. I would highly recommend this property.

Chris’ place checked all the boxes for us! The condo is spotless and newly renovated with an open white living space. The added features of washer and dryer in unit as well as a little gym in the building were bonuses! The view of Ft Lauderdale beach from the balcony is spectacular. Pool area is quiet and has a lovely view of the water taxis, boats and We love the fact that we had a one minute walk to the beach and sat with a lovely eclectic group from The Ritz and surrounding areas. Beach was groomed daily and never crowded. Awesome location to walk to many excellent restaurants and hop on Ride Circuit to Las Olas. Definitely a mix of beach relaxation and busy city action and fast fabulous cars. We would highly recommend!!

Location, location, about the area, amazing balcony views directly to the ocean and Canal views at the back of the building! Pool area very nice, overlooking the canal, and peaceful. A very short walk to the beach, which was awesome since parking can be very expensive in March or anytime! We rarely used our vehicle, (parking fees included)as everything we needed was within walking distance! Our Hosts were amazing and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach vibe! I would definitely recommend this unit, I give it a 10+. From Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada
