Rates are subject to change. A signed rental agreement is required for each booking. A refundable security damage deposit is required, from which the $100 cleaning fee will be deducted prior to its balance being returned (subject to the terms of the rental agreement). **If the stay is for more than three weeks, the post stay cleaning fee is increased to $110 per stay. All online bookings are subject to an executed rental agreement being completed. The terms of that agreement take precedence over any online statements from website or listing. We prefer personal or bank checks to be used for payments as we no longer accept credit cards due to high fees. We can accept PayPal payments, however if the guest chooses that method, PayPal charges a 4% International fee and a 3% domestic fee to the recipient that the guest will need to pay in addition to any fees on their end. Guests will need to up the payment total by the 3 or 4% accordingly. All rates are subject to change.

We have stayed at Estero Beach and Tennis Club previously, three times. But this was our second stay with this property owner, last year and this year. Both stays were very enjoyable, comfortable, and being directly on the beach was a plus. The condo unit was nicely upgraded, furnished, and equipped with everything one might need. I would highly recommend these units to anyone wanting a reasonable, relaxing vacation. Our Host made it easy to book and communicate. We hope to return, possibly for a longer period, although these units are very popular.

We have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for 9 years, rented from Derald the last 7 years. His rentals are always well maintained and well supplied. Derald is quick to answer and questions you may have. We had a lovely week enjoying the condo and the beach! This was our first trip since hurricane Ian, and yes things are different but still well worth a visit. We have already reserved for our return next year!

Once again Derald's property and amenities did not disappoint. After over 2 years since our last visit I was nervous as to what Fort Myers might be like. But as usual everything was perfect and Derald made sure to make us feel welcome and was more than accomodating. The island is coming back slowly and so wonderful to see people back on the beaches and frequenting the spots that are open. The unit was beautiful and the updating was so well done. All the little details are always thought of and provided for your visit. I would highly recommend any and all of Deralds properties, they will not disappoint. Thank you again for a wonderful visit and I can not wait to return.

Our week long stay was delightful. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had ample cookware, utensils, dinnerware and glasses. There were startup supplies both in the kitchen and bathroom. The couch was very comfortable as well as the king size mattress. Every morning and evening we enjoyed watching the dolphins with beautiful views of the gulf and beach. We hope to return in the future,

Yes we are pet friendly. The association does have rules on proof of vaccinations/leashes.
Not necessarily. There is a Lee County Trolley that runs the island and Uber/Lyft are available. The island is 8 miles in length, so transportation is recommended.
