Our condo was immaculately clean very impressed. Kitchen was well stocked. The view is perfect gulf views of surf sun and sand. Easy walk to the beach where chairs and umbrella supplied. Quiet location just off the main tourist area. They have an activities app, Xplorie, that was great bonus and arranged for me to golf at various courses included with the condo! Unit 107 is close to the path to the beach so it is a Little busy with families going back and forth from the beach. So you can meet lots of nice people if you want. Overall very happy with our experience and would go back again.
