We stayed in the Sandy Dollar Budget Condo. The condo was very clean, updated and fresh, everything we needed. Perfect for a couple, girls group getaway, small family. The location is perfect as well! I recommend!

Condo 107 sits right on the beach! It is nicely decorated and the furniture was comfortable. Although there's only 1 bedroom, they also built a bunkbed "nook" in the hall and had a nice sofa bed. Our 2 children elected the sofa bed which was fine. The place was clean enough and it comes with a washer/dryer set! I really loved the balcony which faces the beach and slightly to the right, there is an outdoor pool. We enjoyed our time here as it was comfortable and quiet. Did I mention the property employees were helpful as well as other guests/families were equally pleasant. We will come back!

Our condo was immaculately clean very impressed. Kitchen was well stocked. The view is perfect gulf views of surf sun and sand. Easy walk to the beach where chairs and umbrella supplied. Quiet location just off the main tourist area. They have an activities app, Xplorie, that was great bonus and arranged for me to golf at various courses included with the condo! Unit 107 is close to the path to the beach so it is a Little busy with families going back and forth from the beach. So you can meet lots of nice people if you want. Overall very happy with our experience and would go back again.
