About the owner: We have been coming to Naples for 13 years at least 3-4 times a year. We had decided a few years a go that this is HOME for us. We bought this beautiful property with the intention of retiring and moving here permanently.
We can't wait!
Why this property? This property is our retirement plan. We love Naples and can't wait to live here permanently in 3-5 years. We travel quite a bit and have been to so many places but they never felt like home. Naples Reserve is a beautiful community with so much to do and so much to see.

We had a fabulous stay in this home and in the community of Naples Reserve. Upon arrival we were given a gate pass for the month of our stay to bypass the visitor lane and remote entry through an app on our phones to access all community buildings such as pool, clubhouse, fitness center and outrigger building. The community also offers pickle ball and tennis courts that are available to renters through online scheduling or an app. We found the modern facilities and immaculate grounds around the community to be very welcoming and enjoyable. The home owners and other renters were very friendly and there was a true community feel with the various events scheduled at the tiki/pool/clubhouse each week. The home itself was exactly as pictured and in immaculate condition The primary bedroom is on the first level and there is an office/loft and two bedrooms upstairs. All appliances are modern and easy to operate, including a nest thermostat. The home has multiple wide screen smart TVs which we were able to stream our networks on and we also brought our apple TV with to access our favorite shows. The cookware, dishes, linens and furniture was all modern and great quality. The owners provided access to coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and bicycles which was convenient for trips to the beach, The home is located in South Naples near Marco Island and is a short distance to downtown Naples 5th and 3rd Ave restaurants and shops. The home is within walking distance to the pool and fitness area. There is a 2.5 mile path that circles the entire community and is paved for walking, jogging or stroller rides. The pool area was expansive with plenty of lounge chairs as well as a man made beach with volleyball, umbrellas, chaise lounge and adirondack chairs. Additionally, there is an area to rent paddle boards, kayaks, peddle boats and peddle bikes to cruise around the lake all free of charge. It was a beautiful and relaxing stay and I would highly recommend this home and community.
