About the owner: Both live and work in Cape Coral and have watched the community grow. Jay owns a printing company and Allison is Executive Director for Lee County Sports Organizing Committee, a non profit organization that assists with hosting amateur sporting events which bring athletes from throughout the country to the Southwest Florida area. They love boating, snorkeling for lobsters in the Keys, and spending time with family.
Their passion is Real Estate and spend a lot of their free time working on and updating their vacation rentals.
Why this property? This small condo community is so friendly and has the most beautiful waterfront views. Watch the boats cruise by from the huge screened lanai, or fish off back yard.
Best thing is the location! you can walk to almost any kind of restaurant and most all offer outdoor dining, Cape's downtown entertainment district offers some of the best restaurants and nightlife in SW FL always offering live music!
Also has an electric heated pool for fall and winter.

March in Cape Coral
We spent a month in Jay and Allison’s beautiful condo this past winter. They were gracious and attentive hosts, very responsive to our questions. Jay even sent emails about events taking place in Cape Coral each week.The condo was very nicely decorated and the kitchen well stocked for all cooking needs. Neighbors were friendly and the pool was wonderful!The location was a plus as well, located walking distance to restaurants and bars, even a grocery store.We will definitely be back!

Oasis from the storm
Our stay was above and beyond what was expected or looked for. We were in Cape Coral to help my family after Hurricane Ian. The second we walked in, after being in the destruction all day, we felt a sense of calm. The unit was as clean as a model home! We hope to book again when Cape Coral is ready for visitors. Also, the location can’t be beat as it’s within walking distance to many local restaurants and bars and a short drive to anything else we needed to do.

Thank you so much for your kind words, as you were our first guests since our complete renovation before the storm, thank goodness we suffered only minimal boat dock damage. Cape Coral is rebounding more every day, restaurants open, live music playing, sometimes you forget there was a storm just a few weeks ago.
